The Flight Stand 150 by Tyto Robotics is a high-capacity thrust stand engineered for testing large UAVs, eVTOLs, and electric aircraft. It measures up to 150 kgf of thrust and 150 Nm of torque, with a 1,000 Hz sampling rate for detailed analysis of vibrations and dynamic responses. Equipped with ASTM E74/E2624 calibrated load cells, it ensures measurement accuracy within ±0.5% of the measured value. The system supports various testing configurations, including single and dual motor setups, and is compatible with distributed electric propulsion (DEP) testing for up to 8 powertrains. Integrated with Flight Stand Software, it offers manual and automated testing capabilities, Python API control, and compatibility with CAN ESCs and external sensors.
