​The Flight Stand 60 by Tyto Robotics is a high-precision engine test stand engineered for evaluating internal combustion engines and propellers in UAV applications. It supports engines generating up to 60 kgf of thrust and 30 Nm of torque, with a 1,000 Hz sampling rate enabling real-time analysis of harmonics, vibrations, and torque ripple. The system measures thrust, torque, RPM, fuel flow, temperature, and airspeed, with ASTM-calibrated load cells ensuring high measurement accuracy. Its modular design includes vibration dampers tailored for various engine sizes and integrates seamlessly with Flight Stand software for automated testing and data visualization. Ideal for R&D, it facilitates tasks such as carburetor tuning, propeller performance comparison, and endurance testing.​
